Configure an allow list for Dark Web ID emails
Configuring an allow list in your email security platform helps ensure that Dark Web ID emails are delivered to your users. Without this configuration, spam filters or email security tools may block or quarantine these emails.
Dark Web ID sends various system-generated emails, including notifications and reports.
If you are using white-label email, your designated sending address will differ from the default. For more information, see Set up your white-label email.

FAQ
I’ve added the IP address to the allow list, but Dark Web ID emails are still being blocked. What should I do?
Some email security platforms require both an IP address and a sender to be added to the allow list. Make sure you add both 168.245.13.192 and noreply@idagent.com (or your white-label sending address). If emails are still blocked, contact your email security provider.
Does the allow list configuration change if I use white-label email?
Yes. With white-label email, messages are sent from your designated address instead of support@darkwebid.com. Add your designated sending address to the allow list in addition to the IP address. See Set up your white-label email for more information.
