Integrations

The Integrations page allows you to connect your Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools, such as Autotask, BMS, or ConnectWise, to sync organizations with Dark Web ID. If you have Keap, you can also connect it. The page features two tabs: PSA and KEAP.

• PSA tab: This tab displays all currently active PSA integrations. The columns shown are as follows:

  • Title: The name of the integration (e.g., Autotask Integration).

  • Platform: The specific platform being integrated (e.g., Autotask).

  • Organizations: The number of organizations linked to this integration.

  • Health: Indicates if the integration is functioning correctly (✓ for healthy).

  • Status: A toggle to enable or disable the integration.

  The action buttons available on this tab include:

  • New Integration: Click this button to add a new PSA integration.

    

  • Edit/Delete icons: Use these icons to modify or remove existing integrations.

    

• KEAP tab: Click this tab and then select Connect Integration to initiate the connection process.
