Setting up your white-label email

What is email white labeling?

We highly recommend the practice of white labeling your email, although it remains optional. Should you choose not to implement this feature, all emails generated by our system will originate from support@darkwebid.com. By opting for white labeling, your clients will receive emails from your designated address, thus reinforcing your brand identity and ensuring that they remain unaware of our involvement.

Information required for email white labeling

To facilitate the white labeling process, please create a Support ticket here.

Please include the following information in the Description field:

  • DNS (Domain Name Server) host provider: Please indicate your DNS host provider.

  • Technical point of contact: Provide the name and email address of the individual who will receive the DNS Records Email. This person will be responsible for adding the records to your DNS.

  • Desired email address: Specify the email address you would like your clients to see (e.g., support@yourdomain.com, office@yourdomain.com).

Access requirements

You must have the ability to access your DNS provider to implement the necessary changes.

Next steps

Upon submitting your ticket, our ID Agent Support team will initiate the white labeling process.

NOTE  Please allow up to three business days for this process to begin.

Monitor your inbox for a message from “SendGrid.” The designated technical contact will receive this email, which will contain detailed instructions for inputting the necessary information into your DNS/domain provider.

Once our Support Team has verified that the data has been entered and successfully validated, your Partner Success Manager will reach out to confirm that the process is complete and provide you with further updates moving forward.
