PSA integration shows non-matching organizations

If you have configured the Autotask, ConnectWise Manage, or BMS/Vorex integrations you might see non-matching organizations. However, these integrations must have exactly matching organization names in both the PSA tool and Dark Web ID. 

To solve this issue, check in the PSA tool for the following:

• Exact spelling, including case sensitivity.
• Extra spaces after the name in the field.

In Dark Web ID check the following:

• Exact spelling, including case sensitivity.
• Extra spaces after the name in the field.

Note: We do not recommend using copy/paste here. There are sometimes extra characters that are copied and not needed here. Manually entering the names will prevent these kinds of issues.
