This issue prevents the successful creation of the report.

This error occurs when too many monitors are assigned to a single organization. Specifically, if an organization has more than 95 monitor values, the system is unable to generate the report.

Resolution steps

To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

  • Review the number of monitors assigned to the organization.

  • Ensure the total count does not exceed 95 monitors.

  • Once the monitor count is reduced to 95 or fewer, the report generation should proceed without errors.

What are monitors?

Monitors are data points tracked for potential exposure on the dark web. These include the following:

  • Domains (e.g., company.com)

  • IP Addresses (e.g., 192.168.1.1)

  • Personal Email Addresses (e.g., john.doe@example.com)

Each of these counts toward the 95-monitor limit.

  • Regularly audit your organization's monitor list.

  • Prioritize high-risk or high-value monitors.
