Enhancements

Security-related tasks were completed to enhance the security of the platform.

Fixes

• Users who did not have their first or last names saved in their user record could not receive compromise notifications. This applied only to users created/edited before the first and last name requirement was enforced, a rare occurrence. Those users can now receive compromise notifications.

• Performance has been improved for API compromise requests. Response time is quicker now.

• If an integrated system was in an unhealthy status, tickets were not being resent to the integration upon returning to healthy status. The issue has been resolved.

• The Origin and Source values were not being displayed in integration tickets. The issue has been resolved.
