October 16, 2025 Dark Web ID v2-75.00 release notes
Enhancements
We have implemented a comprehensive upgrade to our Dark Web ID compromise detection engine. This enhancement includes several key improvements:
-
Expanded coverage: The new engine scans a significantly larger number of dark web sources, including private forums, illicit marketplaces, and new data dumps. This expansion is designed to ensure that users benefit from enhanced visibility into potential threats.
-
Unmasked passwords: The upgraded engine now provides unmasked passwords, giving users critical insights into compromised accounts. Unmasked passwords will be available for all new compromises.
-
Increased monitoring frequency: More frequent queries will lead to faster detection of compromised credentials.
It is important for users with ticketing system integrations (such as ConnectWise, Kaseya, and Autotask) to be aware of a critical transition requirement. We recommend temporarily disabling ticket integration for a period of 24 to 48 hours following the upgrade. This precautionary measure will aid in managing incoming compromises more effectively during the transition.
