Enhancements

We have improved the ticket creation process for the PSA integrations to enhance scalability and efficiency. This update resolves issues with managing high ticket volumes, reducing wait times, and boosting user experience during peak periods. These improvements enable us to manage operations more effectively and provide better service as ticket volumes increase.

Fixes

This release includes the following bug fixes related to the Live Data Search functionality:

We have updated the error message displayed when searching for restricted domains on the Live Data Search page.

The Company Profile endpoint had some functionality issues, but it now correctly returns company profile information for searched domains.
An internal server error occurred when users attempted to search for a large number of compromises. This issue has been resolved, and the system now correctly returns the 100 most recent compromises related to the search query.
