Improved messaging for already monitored domains and IP addresses

Users now see a clearer message when attempting to monitor a domain or IP address that is already under monitoring.

The updated tooltip explains that the asset is currently monitored and directs users to contact support if they need to manage it. This replaces the previous message, which was unclear and did not explain the issue.

This improvement applies across domain and IP monitoring workflows.

Backend cleanup and performance improvements

We performed internal platform cleanup to remove unused components and improve system maintainability and efficiency. No changes to functionality or user experience are expected.
