How can we allowlist IPs for API access in Dark Web ID?

Partners can self-manage access to API

The user must be first enabled to access the API. Please refer to How can I enable API access for ID agent?

To access web services, refer to the following settings::

• My Account > My Settings page

• Edit User page

  

When the Permit access to web services option is selected for a user, the Help menu provides a link to the API Documentation.

To access the API services, you must enter an IP address in the IP Address whitelist field.

These are static IP address(es) from where the API calls will be made.
